Har alltid tyckt att Aer Lingus haft ett krångligt program, och inte gör de det lättare nu. Man ska ansöka om det ena och det andra, det är luddigt etc etc. Är det bristande IT-infrastruktur som gör det, eller vad? Är det inte bättre att släppa in medlemmar och sedan "bara" byta namn på programmet om det nu är nödvändigt?
