ear SirI used our contact person and it seems like they located your bag in LHR.They confirmed the entire Terminal 2 baggage system went down 27JUL with several thousand bags left behind at LHR.They are being processed as quickly as we can however due to full flights we have to give a quota as to how many rush bags we can fit on each flight.They will send your bag now to ARN with flight SK532/30JUL.I know you are in London now, but in this chaos at LHR I would be afraid to try to stop this process, we can make more confusion to them.Klicka för att utvidga...
