Är det nån som fått nåt annat steg än videon registrerad? Kollade videon, köpte till biobränsle till en bokad resa och köpte en grej i shopen men är bara på steg 1.

* Learn about Biofuel: you will earn one step once you have completed watching the video in your Conscious Traveler profile. You can earn maximum one step for watching the video per calendar year.
* Travel on a ticket with Biofuel: you will earn one step for every flight (segment) that you fly on a Go Smart Bio or Plus Pro Bio ticket. For example if you fly from Oslo to Paris via Copenhagen on a Bio ticket, you will earn 2 steps. Make sure you registered your EuroBonus number in the booking to earn your steps.
* Add Biofuel as a Travel Extra: you have the option to add Biofuel to your trip (in units of 20 minutes) when booking your flight or afterwards in Manage My Booking. All EuroBonus Members registered in the booking at the time of departure will earn one step no matter how many units of Biofuel were added to the booking.
* Donate points to charities: you will earn 1 step for each donation of 5 000 points you make, 2 steps for each donation of 10 000 points, and 4 steps for each donation of 20 000 points. You do not earn steps if you make donations of 1 000 points, even if you make five donations of 1 000 points in the same basket. Please note that you will earn one step for donation of school material to SAS You Assist (5 170 points).
* Buy conscious products: you will earn one step for each Conscious Product that you purchase in the EuroBonus Webshop, no matter if it was purchased using cash, points, or a combination of the two. You do not earn steps for items that are returned. Please note that for conscious product purchase, your step will be counted up to 35 days after your purchase date.

* Learn about Biofuel: the date when you watch the video
* Travel on a ticket with Biofuel: the date of departure of each flight (segment) flown
* Add Biofuel as a Travel Extra: the date of departure of the first flight (segment) flown of the booking
* Donate points to charities: the date the donation was made
* Buy Conscious Products: the date the purchase was made in the EuroBonus Webshop
Please note that it might take up to 5 days for the transaction to be shown into your Conscious Traveler account (35 days for conscious products).
