Tror jag råkade ut för agent roulette: ringde i morse och ville boka, allt verkade vara bra, fattades lite miles bara. Köpte miles, väntar på att de syns på kontot och ringde 15 minuter före stängningen. Agenten hävdade på att det är för lite tid kvar och han tar inte emot bokningen. Dessutom påpekade han att gäller 7 dagars framförhållnings regel. Ja, det stämmer.


5 arbetsdagar före avresa och Indian Call Centre(ICC) räknar inte lördag/söndag som arbetsdagar även om de jobbar och tar emot bokningar.


Det är pga ticketing avdelning som finns i Storbritannien jobbar bara på mån-fre.

Vad bra. Då finns det mindre risk att bmi går i konkurs för det ryktades att bmi hade pengarna som skulle räcka till 31 mars.

Det låter som BA inrikes blir som DB(Deutsche Bahn) i Tyskland.

Detta borde ju innebära att bonusbiljetter som redan är bokade gäller fortsättningsvis eftersom det är öppet att boka nya sådana med *alliance t.o.m 20/4. Efter det datumet endast med BMI eller BA..?
 
För oss som hoppade på sent i ren spekulation kommer det att bli intressant att se var milen kan användas så småningom. Kommer dom att slukas upp av BAEC, eller kommer Dimond club att fortleva separat?
 
Det händer definitivt något på den 20 April 2012.

Det kan jag göra, har två flygningar inbokade med bmi.



Jag misstänker att de flesta här aldrig satt sin fot på bmi. Själv har jag gjort i alla fall 20 flygningar med bmi och det är ändå lite tråkigt det som händer, jag har mestadels bra erfarenheter från bmi.
 
Förresten, en av mina två flygningar är i bmi "flexible economy" (används istället för business på kortare flyg). Någon som vet vad man kan vänta sig ombord? Lite otydligt på bmis hemsida.

Om du bokar resan idag och använder miles direkt så är det lugnt.


Dock du får inte räkna med att du kan av-/omboka fr o m 20 april.
